Description:
Our first weekend of performances is Saturday and Sunday, January 9 – 10 at Virginia Key Beach Park in Miami. The address for the show site is:

4020 Virginia Beach Drive
Miami, FL 33149

Follow this link for exact directions: http://ren-fest.com/miami-directions.asp?pg=1

Our show times are 10:30 am, 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Please arrive at the park by no later than 9:00 am so that you can pick up your admission and parking passes and have time to unload at our Arena. When you arrive at the park, you will see the main admission building for the park. Next to that will be a temporary office trailer for the Ren Fest. Stop at the office trailer to pick up your passes and directions to the Classic K9 Arena.

We will be supplying 16th Century uniform tops. These are a one-size, fits-all Squire style pull over. To complete the uniform scheme, please wear long black pants, white ‘T’ Shirt and black shoes. The Ren Fest is very strict with dress code. Shorts will be acceptable between performances when out of uniform, but dress code will be strictly enforced for our three performance times each day. If you have a problem meeting the dress code (ie: no black shoes, etc.) please let me know immediately.

For the comfort of our canine all-stars, we will have a crating tent equipped with fans and a wade pool. Please bring your crates and folding chairs.

As for refreshments, we will be supplying drinks and snacks throughout the day and a team lunch at about 2:00 pm.

Please keep track of your fuel used traveling to and from the show site so that we can reimburse you for your travel. If you have any trouble finding us or problems getting in to the show, please call my cell phone immediately: 810-210-5315.

Thank you once again for joining us in Miami. I am certain that we will all have a blast at the Florida Renaissance Festival this January. In the meantime, should you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Best Regards,
